Default Dse Quadra Link Question

We just finished installing the Quadra Link in the back of my 69 Convertible.

While fitting the lower link arms I discovered that in order to make them fit on the pass side, I had to tighten the adjustment on the arm until NO threads were showing. On the driver side they went in w/out any adjustment.

My brackets were welded on a brand new 9inch by DSE prior to shipping and as you know the lower link arms going in the factory front Leaf pockets.

The upper arms are the same story. Driver went in w/out adjustment, pass side had to be tightened until threads weren't showing.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is there supposed to be a difference between the sides? I would think not, since I have no adjustability on the pass side.

If it isn't supposed to be that way, then the only thing I can think of is that my floor is messed up. Crazy thing is: it's a brand new Dynacorn body.

I plan on calling DSE, I just thought I would ask if anyone else had this issue.
