Help!!!!Ls6 With 460l Auto Conversion Need Help

Hi Guys!
Happy Holidays! Need help for a friend of mine here in Tampa he has done a LSX Conversion in his 1952 Chevy 3100 Truck running a LS6 Motor w/ 460L Auto trans the computer is a GM (99-02) with Red and Blue connectors .....Its a Drive by wire and rear end GM 12 bolt
Having problems cant get it dialed in the trans speed sensor not communicating with computer any help?
