Brian Finch's '71 Camaro was tweaked again prior to SEMA and the 2013 Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational. Among other changes, it now features an 800HP Kurt Urban LS7 and 18-inch Forgeline CF3C Concave wheels finished with Satin Black centers and Gloss Black outers.
