18 x 10.5 back spacing

Ordering 18 x 10.5 and because I am mini tubbed and will be ordering a custom cut rear after I get the wheels in so I can get any BS I want. I was wondering the least BS you would go with. I was thinking 5" but now thinking about less as I want deep dish. Anyone care to chime in? Pics would be a plus!
