Default Suspension opinions/advice

Hi I have a 74 chevy nova for about 4yrs and now I finally started taking everything apart but still trying to decide on what suspension I want. I want to able to daily drive the nova and have fun at autocross when I am able to. I am going to use my stock subframe. I am thinking ridetech coilovers, upper/lower arms and spindles. I want rack and pinion, disc brakes, maybe TCI torque arm for rear. If you guys recommend anything just tell me and I'll check it out. My budget is 8-10k max for the everything that is suspension related. Seems a bit much especially for me but gives me more options to think about. Always appreciate advice or opinions

Question, Will power rack & pinion work with stock frame or should I go for Ridetech TruTurn with a better box? Will be getting a LS engine with t56 tranny too.
