Hurst shifter questions.

Hey guys, I currently have the b&m ripper shifter. I know the shift handle I want is not compatible with the ripper shifter here is the handle http://www.summitracing.com/parts/huu-5388660/overview/ . I have always liked the old school pistol shifter but thought they were more of a mopar theme. My question is this shifter says it only works for newer mustangs and challengers, is it compatible with a hurst shifter for a t56, and does anyone have a suggestion for the best hurst shifter that I can use to make all this work?
