Tire Question?

I have looked at what I think is all the major brands out there on tires. I wanted the 235/35/18's in the BFG KDW's but they don't make them anymore. I can find mismatch/different tire companies that carry that size but don't carry the rears. I'm wanting to run 275/35/19's in the rear. I know that's an odd size but do you guys have any advice on this? I was looking at the BFG sport comp 2 and the closest I could come to was the 225/40/18's for the front. And they do have the rears in the size I need. Would the 225's be too much as opposed to the other tires I wanted? (Being too small). My wheels are 4.5 back spacing and are 7" wide on the front. I'm wanting to tuck them around 1" maybe less in the front. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
Forgot to add this will be mainly a weekend street car, and a few trips to the track every now and then.
