Chevy Laguna = Chevelle?

Hey everyone,
Does anyone know off hand if the Laguna suspension parts (and any other parts as well) are interchangeable with the Chevelle parts of the same year. I know of the slight suspension set up differences they did with the Laguna, but was wondering if I bought a 73 Chevelle suspension kit from say Detroit Speed, would it fit a 73 Laguna? Thanks a lot. 😀
