Default Nova Front suspension

Hey guys, just had a quick question I have been unable to find the answer for on google.
I have a 69 Nova with Ridetech Spindles, Tubular upper arms, stock lowers(for now) and qa1's. With the addition of the new spindles, my outer tie rod hits my wheel, and again for now, I have my steering arms spaced off the spindle roughly 3/8" to allow the tire to roll freely. Will the addition of a tru-turn setup relieve this issue? I have also read about another type of setup that involves using A-body arms to achieve the same results as a tru turn setup does. What is your guys advice/suggestions on this. I won't drive the car with the spacers in until I safely correct the issue. Thanks all
