Default 70 chevelle IC suggestions

I'm building a BBC twin turbo (turned down to 800hp) Chevelle for my wife. It has the 1" lowering springs all around, adjustable upper (front and rear) and lower rear control arms. I plotted out the rear arms at ride height. 9.5" lower rear, 18.75" upper rear, 18.5" upper front and 10.75" lower front. This plots out to 111" Instant Center and 84% Anti Squat. I'm more of a drag racer and these numbers are pretty bad for straight line traction. My question is what IC and AS should I target for both? I'm trying to find a balance of straight line traction and handling. Thanks, Chris
