High hp/tq application, SINGLE OVERDRIVE, 6spd options?

What are the options for a six speed manual transmission with a 1:1 5th gear? I just cannot get behind the T56 double overdrive. I want a close ratio 6spd, that isn't made of glass, and only has one overdrive gear.

Does it exist?
