Shay Campbell's 69

I am new to this site and came across Shay's 69 Camaro. I am in the design stages of a high tech 68 Chevy C-10 shortbed pick-up. My plan for horsepower is identical to Shay's. I already have a brand new ZZ502. I have been going back and forth between pro-charging and t-turbos. I am concerned about some things. If anyone knows Shay and can get me in touch with him I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
