Default Alignment question after Ridetech install?

So I have the complete Ridetech system including Tru Turn installed on the front of my 68 Camaro. It is time to set the alignment close so I can drive it to the alignment shop 2 miles away and get it aligned. My question is how do I go about even getting it close? I had this thing completly tore apart and put back together. Do I align my steering wheel so it looks centered then align each wheel with a level so they look straight enough to drive? Or do I turn the wheel so one wheel is straight then adjust the other wheel to be straight, then my steering wheel will be way out of line.

Thoughts on the correct way to do this initial alignment and get the steering wheel straight for a beginner!!!

Thanks, Erik
