Default Octane Booster - Amsoil? Torco? Bad idea?

I'm the owner of this beast: https://lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=45491

I don't street drive it a lot, but when I do I struggle to get 100 octane and only have access to 91 near me (California). Most of the time I'm mixing in 50/50 with 100 octane so Im not as worried, but there are times when I get most of the tank full of 91.

I pulled a few degrees of timing so it should be safer on 91 (does not ping AFAIK), but I'd feel better with the ability to add some octane when needed.

Anyone have any positive or negative feedback on octane boosters? Most of my reading says that they're a waste of money, but I have to think that Amsoil would not stake their reputation on snake oil.

Thanks,
Jason

PS - for track days it only gets 100.
