Thanks, thought about sprinkler system but already outside my budget, have to draw the line somewhere. Trying to retire next year...I'll just carry big insurance

Trying to enjoy but your know.....and yes I hate squeak and pops, hoping for the best. Tried to get dried in before the rain but not working out the way I wanted, oh well, time for rain coats.
