Depending on the motion ratio, it really varies but 350lb sounds very light on a coilover. For example, with our control arms and their motion ratio, we run a 650lb for a street/daily driver feel.

The firmness that you're experiencing could be cause by coil bind, shock bottoming out, etc.

Josh I'm in the middle of installing your 4 link in the rear and so far I'm extremely impressed with your product and customer service. I would love to match my front to my rear suspension but with our dollar its just not in the cards this year.
