Default Wilwood Master Brake Cylinder will not stop leaking

I have a manual Wilwood Master brake cylinder and the front port and line leaks and I can not get it to stop. Wilwood said to wrap the adapter with tape three wraps and that has not worked and I have had 4 brakes lines going into it. Very hard to tell where its leaking, I am suspecting the line is not seating properly or the adapter is defective. Wilwood said they never had this happen, yea right. I am calling Wilwood again tomorrow for another adapter but... and ideas? Thanks
