If you come to a tree (or DBasher), turn!

The point of the loose entry with the road race bikes is interesting, in that many don't do much, if anything, with rear brakes. On an opposite note, my go-kart racing experience at Nola Motorsports park two weeks ago showed that only having rear brakes can definitely loosen up the corner entry experience. The look, upon corner entry, is quite similar between the two vehicles.

In one case, we have pretty much no weight on the rear end (bike), and in the other, we have nearly all the weight on the rear (kart), and in both cases, we have sliding rear wheels (and stuck fronts). Freakin' gravity . . .
