Pro-Touring auto appraisal

Wondering if anyone has had an appraisal done on their Pro-Touring ride?
Want to be sure I have my insurance value at an appropriate number (just had it painted) and kind of toying around with selling to build another as well.
I see lots of "vintage" and "classic" appraisers out there but not sure how all the mods and extra stuff we build in our cars is considered and whether these guys would know what they are looking at.
I am in the Houston/Sugar Land TX area if anyone has a recommendation.
