What the best choice on these cams for autocross LS1/6spd 70 Camaro

New high lift ws6stores ASA cam 227/236 .600" .600 110
Howard's 222/232 .561 .587 112
This is for a ls1 with ported 243 heads milled for higher compression.
6spd trans
3:73 or 4:10 posi
In a 1970 Camaro weekend toy only.
