Mini-Tubbed 67/68 camaro owners....I need your Help!

Hey guys, I just got off the phone with intro wheels, and I’m not sure what to do. I need your help!

I have had my 67 camaro Mini-tubbed and have bought the DSE off set shackles and have moved my shocks in board. I have measure 8 1/2 inch from the mounting surface to the frame. 5 inch from the mounting surface to the inside fender. That gives me 13 1/2 inch to work with. I wanted to go with a 12 inch wide rim on the back and Intro clams that the biggest I can get in there is a 10. I’m so confused, cuz Stuart Adams 68 has exactly what I have done and he is running a 13 inch wide rim. Or Greg banks 68 is running 11 inch. That’s just two of several that are running wider then 10 inch.

So is Intro wrong? Plz any help would be appreciated! I want to order rims very soon, and I have spent too much money to settle with 10 inch wide rims. Any suggestions on what to do, Or what back spacing I need to get a 12 inch in there,.Maybe even tire size.
