Default LT! Engine info?

I just bought a 1946 Chevy Truck with a 1995 or 96 LT1 engine with aluminum heads. I know there are limited things you can do to improve it's performance.

While looking at the Summit catalog I notice they have 52MM and 58MM throttle bodies available. Will they help and why would you want the smaller throttle body?

They also have a Grantatteli Air Flow Sensor, will it make a difference in the engines performance?

I know he engine has a reverse flow water pump running off of the cam. Meizere has an electric replacement pump for the LT1. Would it be a wise investment or do you forsee problems?

Any other ideas would be appreciated!
