Default BMW 5x120 wheels...two choices??

Here is the deal...I found some rims for a BMW that I would like to purchase. The car is a 69 Camaro. The wheels are 18x8.5 fronts and 18x9.5 rears. The wheels come in 20,35,42mm offsets. I calculated that I need 12mm offset for the front and 6mm for the rear to fit right....

So I have two choices...

1) Get the 20mm offset and run 1/4" wheel spacer in front. Rear needs 1/2" spacer with studs upgraded to 1/2" studs. Get hub centric spacers.

2) Or...Get wheels in 35mm offset and get bolt on adapters. Fronts will need a 23mm spacer and rears need 29mm spacers. I would get a 5x4.75 adapter to 5x120 bolt pattern. Have them make hub centric.

In your guys opinions....between these choices what would be the best way to go?? Thanks!
