Baer vs. Touring Classics

I know this horse has probably been beat to death several times, but i was curious what the difference is in comparing Baer Track series vs. the Touring Classic set up (other than price). Are the Baer's truly worth the money? I do like the fact that the Baer's have matching cross drilled rotors for the front and back, but what else?
