Help with sequential transmission big hp

I see on Gforce website they have some sequential shift trans. Would they work ok for standing mile run and some road racing. I've also read about shift interupters to kill power to engine for microsecond for fast no clutch shift.

Any thoughts G force or not would be appreciated
