Global west question

hi all,
two years ago, i bought for my 1979 ElCamino a set tubular upper a-arms.
now is one ball-joint dead.
i send 3 or 4 mails to global west for ask the part number for this ball joints.....no answer

have here in the forum anyone a partnumber ?
a-arms have the part number CNR-88AP
