Default :willy: Help! Looking for 700R4 help.

OK, here's what I am looking for;

1) I need to get a good converter for my Dad's '56 Chevy, LT-4 with a 700R4 behind it. It is in dire need of more stall!

2) I need to raise the shift points at full throttle to around 6000 rpm, and so I am looking for someone to supply me with a recalibrated governor and possible a recalibrated throttle valve (if necessary). Again, it's for a 700R4 (the performance on GM sold).

Shiny Side Up!

Bill,
I can help you out with one of our MuscleDrive converters. Might not be more stall--It'll be the RIGHT stall and way more efficient. Raising stall is one way to get more power through, but there is a more comprehensive approach. Call or email with your vehicle specs. Be as detailed as possible.
For the governer mods, I'd give Mark Bowler a call.

I'll give you a hollar as soon as I get back home (business trip, WV, KY, OH).
