I do think that is a bit much for a 350 but if it were a 383 you should be right were you want to be. Even though you could still run that head on your current setup it will just not be optimal. The you've picked is good and should be agressive enough for the heads. If you were running any lower in compression then 10.1 then that would be bad. The good thing is that you have everything but the crank (3.75) to make a very strong street strip motor. If it were a 383 I think 500hp would be about right.
