Those cinder blocks make great jack stands (I'm guilty of cinder blocks, bricks, and even a good landscape rock as a wheel chock in a pinch)

But really, that's a pretty wild tube chassis stang!

After the above 69 I took my matching number chevelle (restored in 1990) and decided to go through it. I now have my own garage. Doing everything except the engine which was built by a engine builder. Some more pictures under Member's section: https://lateral-g.net/members/harrod/

Its kool to see people actually building their own stuff rather than writing checks. Im also building my trans am at home in my 2 car garage bothering my neighbors with the noise, i doing everything from mechanical to body and from electrical to metal fab. id build my own roll cage but it has to be approved to run it at the track so ill have someone build it

garage built in a two car garage. Pulled the body off my self using a jack, jack stands and 2x4. I pulled a macgyver!!!! You sort of have to though when your the only one home and you want the body off the frame. I built the motor at the shop I used to work for, turned out great. Did the body work in a old body shop in the ghetto of oakland(SCARRY).

I did most of the work myself in my (small) garage without power.
Tranny rebuild and paint are done by pro's since I don't have the tools/space to do it myself.

just a few more months......
