I recall that box being rated for something like 1/3 of the power you are putting out (around 650HP). It says special built box, but I dunno if that means gear ratios or fully custom, extra strong internals...

Non calculated times like this mean nothing to me. The 270mph claim and the 0-230 claim is I'm sure not been done. So it's irrelevant and should not be claimed. In fact I don't believe a single claim on that board. Not till it's tested.

I doubt it would meet standard road safety requirements.

I would guess that it needs to be registered like a kit car.

The claims are conservative in my mind. But only time will tell..With the power it makes just getting hooking reasonable it will be a rocketship. The transaxle was built originally for a previous customer of mine it has a 11.5 inch ring gear and was built for the power and top speed claimed.Again only time will tell. But I've built and driven enough to no what it will be close to.

kosher. Is there an intent to put slicks on it and go to a drag strip and try to measure the actual 0-60 time and so forth? Car looks awesome too, forgot to mention that in the original post.

I'm not sure the rim in the back is a 20 inch rim.So Questionable on the slicks But we will test it quarter mile etc..Weve rigged a electronic controller to progresively add boost based on the gear your in and every hundred rpm in that gear,To put as much as we can down the whole time without just killing the tires. Thanks for the compliment I really fell in love with the body lines and stance of this sucker.
