Rusty is working on 18" version of the Vintage Wheel Works line... and his "V48" might just do the deed:

On the late model... I personally like Fikse Profile 10's.

I really like the Fikse Profile 10's and the similar Forgeline WC3R's. But they've gotta look good on the '69 too because I can't spend 5 grand on wheels for an '87 IROC. : )

I like the V48's and I'm excited to hear they're coming out with some 18's. The ridge on the wheel center is the only drawback with that design.

Anthony, those look great on your '68. What size/backspace are the wheels and tires?

Those really look great, especially with that brake combo behind them. What finish are the wheel centers?

I have had a slight change of plans in the past few days. I've opted to buy a set of CCW Classics with the optional Corvette FRC attached to them. I'm going to see the car in person this weekend and if it checks out, it'll be my new driver.

Tom - Actually they are not. I just spoke with Eli last week and all the 18" stuff is on semi-permanent hold. Jody's rig gives me hope the 17" stuff will clear my C5/AFX combo. Which reminds me to call Eli back...
