'87 turbo Buick...

Here's an album with a lot of frame pics that I need to update. It's boxed in already and I have a Watt's link from SC&C that I need to weld in as well.

I just picked up an 87 El Camino. After the Camaro is finished. I plan on upgrading the engine and suspension on the El Camino. It currently has the original 305 with 140k miles on it.

T/A performance Headers 1 7/8" Primaries 3 1/2" collectors
2 1/2" Duals with Flowmaster Super 44's Turndown at the Axle
200R4 BRF code (GN) trans 10vane pump,Blue plate Clutches,Shift Kit
(GN) Redstripe Converter 2800?
(GN) 8.5 Rear end with 3.42 POSI
15x7 GN wheels in all for corners, rear tires 275/60/15 fronts 205/65/15
Poly bushings front and rear, stock uppers and lower control arms front and rear
GN front and rear sway bars
GN fast ratio Steering box
Auto on colum w bench seat
No Heat or Air,AC delete plate

Future plans

Replace interior w a complete GN interior with Buckets and console and steering colum
Put in my Cyberdyne Digital Dash
Upgrade brakes to at least have disc in rearusing Scarebird conversion brackets.(for now)
Lower car a bit, I think front springs are wrong for this car, looks like 4x4 in front, real freakin stiff too, going to MOOG 5658's
Rear I like the stance but could sit lower
Wheels and tires...dunno yet... maybe wider taller tires on the front (for now)
the current fronts looks like roller skates at 25.4".
Would love to go to at least 17" rims and tires, and bigger brakes
Eventually paint and Body work

Then whatever else I think I need or can do.

Trying to do all this on a budget

Just acquired a nice set of 245/50/16 tires for free..... theres a start
