i like the all black look. i did black wheels on both my old trucks and loved it. the factorys look good. i had H2 wheels on my 04.5 diesel and then the factorys black on my 2008.

on a side note. im suprised they did anything about the wheels. we have had a few issues with some of our trucks and they won't do anything for us

sorry to see that the dealer would not help you out, but i must say that i have been working their for 6 years since i was 18 and it took a while for them to o.k my wheels, they sent out the feild rep to look at them and see that i only have 8k miles on the truck in over 2 years. so iguess i was lucky to get them coverd.

HAHA NO i dont drive it that much. i bought the truck with the intent to only drive on the wekends and to pull trailers. The two years of payments sucked but I think it was worth it in the end.

If you every take it off road, you might consider Flat Black instead. It's alot easier to keep somewhat clean. AR Came out with their Black Teflon coated wheels.

They look similar from a distance and the flat black just takes a headache away from washing them all the time, especially if you are off road at all.

If your ganna go black do it all. I blacked out my faxtory 20's and everyone thinks there aftermarket, I blacked out my grill, rear bumper, emblems, and what bugs me the most is the rear inner fender wells are always the bed color and it looked like crap so I blacked those to match the front. I get compliments all the time. It feels great because all said and done it cost me about $300.00. Even though these trucks are all over the place. Mine is still different.

I was thinking about doing the bumpers too but not sure about powder coating over the chrome or how hard it would be to get off?
