Great work Mike and Ben on your Laguna concepts! I like everyone's work! Great creative ways to streamline and incorporating and successfully creating your ideas! Unfortunately have not had the time to work on one. I will post it another time. You know, a full time "day" job and freelance at night. Congratulations on your designs!

Zee, yes I do like your 1976-77 Malibu Classic rendering. So I will re-post my Laguna wagon 2-door concept.

I had both a Laguna Coupe (1973) and a 1975 Malibu Classic! I loved both of those cars!

Good stuff so far! That Collonade looks very classy. I always love to see wagons done up too.

Looks like we're all on the same page with our ideas, I wonder what the g-machine potential of a mid 70's Chevelle would really be. Remember the car that won the Car Craft street car shootout a few years back? It was a land yacht Cadillac that tore it up in cornering, braking, and acceleration. I'll bet a Chevelle would be lighter and could easily be put on a diet from stock weight. I know PHR is set on this Nascar theme, but maybe (hopefully) they will do a disguised G-machine. Those Nascar style wheels are now available in 17x8. Use those with 275-40's all around and do an air ride specialties suspension or something. I say ditch the 15" Nascar wheels and "drag radials on all four corners"... I think our art illustrates well that car is crying for big wheels and a dropped suspension.

I too had a 73 Laguna, same color as your rendering (less stripes) loved those swivel bucket seats! I had ET wheels with raised white letter Goodyear tires on mine, 15 inch of course! 70's up front & wide 60's out back, air shocks in back and helper springs up front...... wierd, today I cant get the Nova low enuff and would never think of 15 inch wheels/tires! haha.

Good stuff! I know theres more of you guys on here lets see some of your bitchin art work!

Lol! Funny how times change. In high school (class of '88) I couldn't get my air shocks high enough on my Nova. Later dropped it so low it could push a soda can on its side with the front frame crossmember.
