Full pressure is all the way in (clockwise) and all the way out (counter-clockwise) should result in 57% of the inlet pressure on the outlet side. This is for the standard 11-turn, knob style proportioning valve sold by numerous companies including Wilwood, Summit, Speedway, etc.
