Yes they are,here are the specs:

Fronts
17x8 (4.75" b/s) 245/45's

Rears
17x9.5 (5.5" b/s) 285/40's

Ordered up a set of 17" V40's for my Nova project today via Jon. Anybody that is considering Vintage Wheel Works DO NOT PASS UP THIS SALE!! Hands down the best deal out there right now for a quality set of vintage looking 17's, +1 for DriverzInc
