Who would believe that Clarkson should give this award to a Corvette?

Now THAT is a surprise considering how much they love (love to trash that is) US made cars.

Very, very cool.

I was wondering when they'd do a test on it! I love that show

Season 12 episode 2 they came and tested the Zr-1, the Cadillac CTS-V and the dodge Challenger STR-8...they drove them from Sanfransico to Bonneville where they raced the 1mile marker on the salt...its a great episode!
the time official said the Zr-1 had the fastest record for a stock car

"It is an epic car and I’m only sad that unless the healthcare and pensions company that makes it can be turned around, it will be the last of the breed. "

Best line in the article. I too an surprised that they chose this car. Love the show even if they do slam our cars.

Just watched the episode, James is a weenie. The new CTSv is amazing. I would love to have one and would take one over a ZR1 any day. I think they are just upset that a Cadillac out does an M5.

As usual, funny episode. The Bruce Willis comments were great.

I thought the funniness part was when two guys rev the engines to get car alarm to come on and do a burn out.
