LOL... this thread is really getting hilarious.... this guy is taking heat for running through the gears on a public road somewhere? Gimme a frickin break.

And if you didn't get it why he claimed he was in Mexico while doing that, than you just don't get it.

I think I am liking this car more by the day especially since it really seems to be pissin so many people off!

I think the build is cool as hell. Not a fan of the panel into extended console that stretches all the way through the back seat thing.....but the rest is pretty bitchin...escpecially with the black wheels.

But..........Splattering video like that all over the net, especially in times such as these though does us no favors. As for "not getting it"....enlighten me.

Is there an autobahn system in Mexico that I was unaware of? The State Department Website makes no mention of such a thing.
Are the laws of physics somehow repealed somewhere south of the border?
Is the likelihood of an inattentive driver pulling in front of another car somehow mitigated?
Are the lives that might be lost due to street racing or just hooning around like a knucklehead somehow less valuable?

......through three gears with a 1000hp car.....unless he has the gearset out of a John Deere tractor in that thing I don't believe for a second that the speed was anything like legal. I don't like having my intelligence insulted.

One thing that puzzles me though, lots of you guys run massive bhp/torque with what looks like very poor torsional rigidity. Do people have a lot of trouble with the shell twisting?

I'm confused at what you point you switched from a doubter of this car, saying it was a dyno queen and 'all wrong' to being its biggest supporter....

I recall you not being a fan of it on 6speedonline for a long time for the same reasons I am not a fan. Tons of hype, videos every 3 months, a 2 year "online reveal". The car is a hype machine for EVS.

Still no performance figures, just dyno nonsense. The guy owns 3 other camaros, grab a friend go outside, race this so called "1000hp import powered" monster and put this whole debate to rest.

I wouldn't care less if the owner didn't cross post it to 5+ different forums...

To me this is just annoying spam.
