Hey Todd, thanks for the info. I don't have the car in the rain at all, but I do wash it from time to time. It's the 6 BTM version. Ill see if I can get my electrical test equipment on it.

From my understanding, rain has nothing to do with it. Humidity, which you have alot of out there.

Actually, where I am, it's not humid at all. below 20 percent most of the time. I don’t think my electrical stuff for home use will work to test my car though.

Any decent multi meter will work. Of course you need it to be acting up. I'd still pop that cap and take a look. Check out the pickup module in the photos http://www.camaros.net/forums/showth...+timing&page=9 You can take your AC voltage reading cranking at your two pin connector at you MSD box. If it checks out then it has to be the box.

I was able to make the car do the same thing again by warming it up, but it bucks so much you cannot get a meter on it, then you get unburnt gasses that collect then pops real loud causing my head to hit the hood. So I won't be doing that again. I think Ill need a pro to figure this out.
