I'm doing a c5 cyl on a old style 8" dual diaphram booster on my next project, I have the master cyl already appear the same as the c4 except hose exit side and bore (1" vs 15/16 on the c4) On my 'done' 68 I have the c4 adapted to the 1st gen camaro dual diaphram booster. All that needed to be done was to open up the holes in the master cyl since the stud spacing is slightly different. The pilot bore to the booster is the same. The little pin that actuates the master cyl is threaded/adjustable, I had to adjust it to take any free travel out between the booster and master cyl. Looks the same for the c5 too.
