Yes, it’s the parking lot of Razorback Stadium. I think you are right about Reid Hall and the old health center. I lived in Yocum, so I was more familiar with “the Hill” and the other end of the campus. I have not been on that parking lot in over 20 years, and I do not know if the SCCA still holds annual autocross races there- but I’d sure like to return with a race ready Eldo.

I know the hill for sure! I lived in Yocum.
There is a another razorback on here. Payton King. If I remember right, he told me he lived in Yocum. I never heard of any races being held there when I was there. I left last August and boy do I not miss Fayetteville. I wasn't liberal enough to fit in that hippy town. lol
If you ever hear of anything going on around there let me know. I would have never thought people would have autocrossed around there.

I edited some of the above information to include more details and to give the location. Yeah, I’m a conservative myself- and a Christian. The atmosphere was liberal back then as well… My memories are mixed, but mostly good; I was very much into the social scene and very popular (a big change from high school).

I have had some PM requests and requests from a similar thread in other forums about showing pictures of the car after sitting for 25 years in a field. The closest thing I could find was one taken in 2004 when I cleaned the car up and did a wheel test fit. It sits high in the front because I still have the disassembled engine in my garage with a .030 over bore in the block that is just now starting to show signs of rust. I had been coating the cylinder walls with oil to preserve them, but now they will at least need a fresh hone.

I had my son take a digital picture of this picture last night and transfer it to my jump drive. If you look close, you can see the back edge of the hood bend down at about the middle of the car. The black plastic covers a basketball sized hole in the windshield, and the rearview mirror has been ripped off.

I hope I can get the car back soon.
