Default 1972 project

i have a 1972 chevelle granny car, original 307 w/a 2 barrel carb. i would love to get some information on a good s.california shop that could help me out or any members that can streer me in the right direction with moderate do it yourself upgrades...

What do you have in mind? I usually tell people to take out a full sheet of paper and start writing what they want the car to do, cost, look like, etc. Then attach a parts list to make the project happen. You'll find a bunch of diy stuff on the list. The important part is to only make the mods that fit the car you have on the sheet of paper. Otherwise you'll buy parts two and three times.
