Default DSE heater delete panel and subframe connectors

Who's bought/installed either or both of these and if so, any pitfalls, tips/tricks I should be aware of? Also, what's the best seam sealer out?

I like to use the 3M two part seam sealers and panel adhesives. You can get them and a low cost gun at autobodytoolmart.com
