I just stumbled across this thread.

maybe next year with us possibly kicking the run off at your shop, even if people don't plan on making the trip, maybe they might just turn out for the kick-off and use it as an excuse to check the shop out

That's a cool idea. I'm at the shop every once and awhile anyways. People would get a chance to see how great Comp-Spec does their "magic".
