Keep your chin up Brother! There will always be haters! The people that really know you know that you do have a lot of your own cash and time into Penny!

Happy Holidays!

Oh it doesn't bother me anymore.. it's maybe a tad annoying, but generally comments like this come from guys that can't get thier own **** running and feel like it's everyone else's fault.

I bet I have $90k in my car out of my own pocket.. it scares me too much to actually add it all up.

There are very few magazine cars that are nice.. F-bomb, Project-X... I know David has a lot of cash in his Camaro and the 57 was re-done by GM since it's a company owned car. The rest suffer from the "I don't wanna spend my own $$$" syndrome. Which, considering what they pay us, is somewhat justified.

The best part of my job is that I get to make a lot of friends.. the yin to the yang is that I also atract people the seem to hate me for no particular reason. Shame really.

That guy is an idiot, and needs to be educated. He doesn't have a clue and probably has never turned a wrench. Where is his car, since he knows so much...or is he waiting for mommy and daddy to buy one. On a better note, the footage was cool though.

Why start by saying what a cool event it is, and then be critical of the participants? Why not ask for a ride and film it in one of these 'old' cars? Why not post some numbers? Why not drive the course yourself (in the Lotus, or one of the school Vettes) and compare lap times?

As much as I screwed up driving, I was suprised not to see footage of the wagon. If they wanted to be critical, I offered up plenty of material...

Agreed. Host is a Douche. Camerawork and editing is decent.
