Congratulations on the growth and strength of your company Jon! You guys have obviously worked very hard to get where you are and deserve the continued success with it.

I know in my personal experience with you and Justin that the level of customer service has been second to none. To me as a customer that is THE most important thing I look for in deciding who and where I will do business with. Of course good prices are also a consideration and you have that covered too.

It has been a real pleasure to work with Justin on my project. He has given me a lot of great ideas, answers and has A LOT of patients too. ( I can be a pain, I know that, thanks for hanging in there Justin!)
I am looking forward to getting my project back on track this year and doing business with you. I will be buying my wheel and tire package from you (Rushforths) and several other products. I have no doubt the experience will be a good one with you guys.

I wish you the best for 2010 and look forward to working with you and your crew. I just wish I lived closer so I could check out the showroom in person.

Default Class Act

Being a builder, its tough for me to commit to a set of wheels. I can only push a wheel on the client so far. In the end its always his or her decision on which wheel to go with. With that said, I often call Jon for pricing and guidance etc. He has helped me out quite a few times, each time knowing he may or may not get the sale based on my clients tastes etc. Yet he continues to be extrememly helpfull, curtious and a class act. That says alot of him and his passion for his business.
Jon, everyone here at HRBS wishes you continued success in your ever expanding endeavors !

You have to be doing something right when you are able to grow a business in this economy. Customer service has to be a major part of it. I've known Justin a little over a year now and he has helped me tremendously with my Camaro. I will definitely recommend you guys. Keep it up!

Hey no problem, we are actually using the "long open end" lugs on Justin's camaro when his LITE wheels are done and complete. Car should look VERY different at our Open House Feb. 20th.
