Are you running a catch can off of both valve covers?

Yep, my new engine builder recommended it and not why you think. It's a matter of crank case air speed. One vent would evacuate the system but the air speed is higher and will carry more oil vapor. I didn't have any issues with the old setup but I only road raced it once. I'd rather it was over kill if anything.
