Thanks Guys!! Went over to get some advise from my buddy Allan Palmer from Palmer Customs to brain storm on some ideas of how I can maintain this stance with the tire in pic.. Hell I even called Mark @ Bent!! Calling all the troops in on this one

Default Ben Hermance Rendering

Ben just finished up the rendering for me on my 70! You will be able to see this thing coming for a mile away.. The Viper snake skin green pops pretty damm nice.. Green happens to be my favorite color on a car!! This car is being built for my daughter for when she graduates from hight school. I was lucky when I graduated from high school cause my dad gave me a 1966 427 Corvette as a graduation present.. So I feel obligated to doing the same for my daughter! In the mean time dad gets to enjoy the car till she graduates.. she is only four yrs old right now!

It will be noticed.

That's very thoughtful of you Cris to take the time to get the car dialed in properly for your daughter.

Chris the car looks awesome.

I am also building a 2nd gen for my Daughter for when she graduates. However my Daughter is 9.

Couple things i've figured out with Ride Height. Once you get the rear tire where you want it and it looks good. The front becomes a bigger problem. With a 26" tall tire up front there isn't much room for suspension travel as the tire hits the inner fender.

If you look at the formula Rad Rides is building they have the car set at 4" ride height and the inside of the fender ( no inner fender ) from memory was only 29" from the ground.

ps - Hurry up and post up some more pics as I want to steel some of your idea's.

2nd gens are very challenging to get sitting low and fit the tires under. I have done several with modified stock suspensions and have finally got a combo that works pretty good with some compromises. The tires/wheels aren't the only hurdle, the exhaust clearance is another problem.
Here's a pic of one of my recent ones.

I will make sure that I attend as many open track events to ensure that that the cars dialed in before I hand Gia the keys

Maybe our daughters will trade paint on the track Marty

I am going to modify the front fenders & inner fender wells.. Got some suspension components in design for the front!
