Non compos mentis, a term meaning "not of sound mind", typically used in law and healthcare.

So which is it Skip?

Well did a little more over the weekend and uncovered more rust problems! It's the only thing I can't replace without buying a whole new side section. So these are going to be the only two sections that are going to have to be patched. Not to worried about its a pretty simple fix.. I did have some good news the rocker panels are in pretty good shape,as of right now will see when it goes out to get blasted in the next couple of weeks. I'm not going to cut them off unless I have to..

Replaced the bottom inner structures on mine. I made a custom patch for one before the repops became available, should be very easy now for about $80 a side: http://www.classicindustries.com/con...rchCatalogId=1
