the connectors being different is typically easy to correct or adapt by simply procuring the correct connectors and swapping pins/wires. The issue you are going to have deals with the sensors being different in how they work not just their connectors. The LS2 uses different reluctor rings on the crank and cam. You'd have to change those physical parts on the engine in order to do what you want. I'm unaware of any other way to do this other than physically changing the units. IMO, it's not worth it.

well if the e38 has to be used,then you would need the 4x cam reluctor wheel and do the lingenfelter 24x to 58x sig. converter

but if you are allowed to use the gto e40 ecm then all you have to do is splice the injector connectors,knock sensors,and relocate the map sensor or extend the wire on it
